If the shoe fits!,,heck,I didn't realize it was April Fools day! SDhr's got it right,,it was a pop up on the video. HRP
Ryan, thanks for the great response to the problems. The moral here is, that maybe if you play with cars you don't need to play with your wiener, or some such nonsense. Any who, submitted a response to Mcafee on the Journal's behalf and all is right with the world. Thanks for all you do, Carp
In addition to the corrupted YouTube links, I've also noticed that some images have disappeared and been replaced with what I'm guessing is the HTML codes. Is this also something that will likely correct itself in due course or will the image
Ryan, thanks so much. The cache clearing worked! And the pop-up that my Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8 kept blocking when opening up Jalopy Journal homepage is now not having to do so at this time. Cheers, S2
Ryan, you so funny! Spam, what spam? The Nigerian Prince said he'd take care of it AND send me money. Alakazam, problem gone and in one day (4-1-13). {18 years with Apple products, never a spam problem. Did get my Yahoo email hacked but that's another story.}
I never saw a ****** ad but I was constantly being redirected to Black Entertainment Televisions webpage. Things that make you go Hmmmm.
I never saw any of the reported problems, but I use Google Chrome. Regardless, I submitted a report to McAfee regarding the "safe" status of www.jalopyjournal.com, www.garagejournal.com, www.gearjournal.com, www.dogfightmag.com, and www.fordbarn.com
Too bad we cant ACTUALLY send in the Marines to destroy hackers. Love the picture. Pith helmets with globe & anchor, .30-'06 1903 Springfields with tall front sight hoods = pre WW2 Marine target shooters.
