Feathercarbon Hood? Anybody deal with them?

Anyone have any luck with them? Are they legit? I ordered a hood in the middle of Febuary and have not recieved it yet. He said it was shipped on the 19th and I can not get a straight answer out of him since. The few times he does answer the phone he says he will check on it and call me back and does not. Before I ordered he would respond to emails in minutes now no response. Are they legit and just have terrible customer service? Or did I get scammed?

Anyone else have a bad experiance?
