FED Mag Wheel ID

Anyone have any idea who made these mag slots. 4 slot mag wheels with dual bolt pattern. 5 on 5 and 5 on 5.5. They came with a mid 60's FED I just picked up. No numbers or names on them that I can find. Thanks

 

Romeo Palamides---Early Americans--Can't really see the openings too well. Do they have a lip around the four slots?

 

No lip - it's smooth

 

YUP Palamides I got a pair made in 57 or 58
