Fed Up with FedEx...Who do I call?

FedEx shipped a package to my house that was not mine. The address on the package was the same city as me and that was about the only thing that was close. The package was from LL Bean. My wife called fed-ex and told them they delivered it to the wrong address they sent someone out, picked it up and end of story...sort of.

I'm waiting for my new brake m/c and booster to get delivered and waiting and waiting. Call the vendor and he says it was delivered on the 20th (Same day as LL Bean). I tell him I have not received anything he gives me the tracking number and sure enough FedEx says it was dropped off at my door on the 20th. FedEx doesn't listen to a word I'm saying only that it was delivered.

I figure that if LL bean package was shipped here that maybe someone else has my package. FedEx says talk to the vendor. Vendor says it is FedEx's issue. I'm stuck in the middle out money, and no parts. I'm almost 99.9% sure that it is FedEx's issue but they refuse to help.

NOW WHAT!!!! Has anyone else gone through this? How'd you get it resolved? Does anyone have a contact in FedEx that can help out because the dumb *** at FedEx was ready to send out a courrier to pick up the LLBean package again!!!! I told her it had already been picked up and now want the correct package delivered to my house....but she has to find out where it is first. She told me it was delivered already...on the 20th. It was a frustrating "Who's on First" type of deal with this phone operator.

beings that you got ll bean's package chances are he or she got your package..why dont you run to his house and ask..you did write down his address off his package right?..if not call directory ***intance and see if they have a LL bean in your city ..

I just switched from UPS to Fed ex. Alot cheaper and more terminals.

This was all resolved in July. FedEx made good on the shipping. Everyone involved eventually got their stuff. I do not know why this was ressurected?

Every Christmas I give the mail man, FedEx driver and UPS guy $50.00 gift certificates to one of the better resturants in town. That $150.00 guarantees that I never have any problems! Try it.

I've done some shipping by Greyhound. Cheaper and it's waiting for me safe at the drop station here in my small town.
