Carl, you should have seen the rest of it:D!
Allthoug they are not finished all of the barn, it shure looks good:)!
But it's what you find inside it, that blows your mind.Besides what you see in the picture, there are a Modell A cupe, 50 Ford Cupe, 57 Buick wagon.
a couple of race flathead Harleys, and tons of nice to have parts and stuff:eek:!

We are close and closer to the fire-upper:D!

The last small stuff really takes alot of time, and we seem to find new stuff that needs to be changed all the time. Today we found out that the Big pully hit the fuelpump-extention, so we need to fix it before final mounting.

Roger has really done alot of work, making a new oil filler-tube, oil breather adaptors, front and rear. And a new tentioner, all very slik:)

Me! more finish work on details, plubing, electric wires.....

And the big news, is that we got the rail approved to go some serious racing:D! We just need to make the new blower restrains mounted and a shield over the blower-belts. Roger is on the case:D!

Thanks for the nice words guys:)
Now both electricals and plumbing is done!
Roger made some nice blower restrain brackets. We just need to stich the restrains back.
Also came up with an idea to solve the gaspedal linkage/wire!?
I think it looks ok, better than plain black wire all the way, i think!?
Waiting patiently for the head gaskets;)!

    Finally:):):)

We fired up the killer today:) two years of waiting really paid off after sorting some issues out.
Sorry noe video guys:( Put a brand new videocamera on charging yesterday, but when i woke up to go to the garage, some had pulled the plug. Ater some detective work, we have come to the conclution that the big Cat had messed with the cables!.
But I will post some videos from the track next weekend:D!

We had some issues with the set-up, as the engine ran too fat.
We leanded it out, and Roger made some andjustments, and THEN
IT CAME TO LIFE:D:D! Really soundes wicked, never heard a Flathead sound like this:eek:!

I'll keep you posted on the progress:)!

Well guy's we got to the track, unloaded the dragster and when't straight to work:)! Last sunday's start-up gave us alot to work with.
But as we didn't get to run her, we really din't get the set-up as we should have. Stance and function is something I wanted to do something about, so we got a new set of slicks to fit the 16 inch AR magnesium rims.
I really like the look now!?
The barrelvalve has seen better days, will not work as we like,
so it tends to get really rich at idle. After tweeking all weekend, by leaking some fuel back at the barrelvalve (secondary) it really sounds good. Atleast something to work with.
At the video above it was too rich. In this video it's too lean:eek:!
But i think it sound better:D!
Big thanks to Roger, Tor and all of you who got me to do this:)!

We didn't get much tracktime, really just once:(!
    But we will be back:D!

  30. Yep she does sound a little fat but thats what driving is for, great job Kjell and crew, she really does sound crisp though and with a few more runs under your belt looks like you will be happy!
