I just wanted to let you all see some rare parts on a 21-stud flathead. While, these have taken a while to accumulate, what I've put together are a set of Federal Mogul heads, a Cyclone in-and-out box assembly with clutch feature; a Harmon and Collins magneto and three Norden race carbs on a block letter Edelbrock manifold. The pan has a vintage Stellings breather and I have never seen another of the finned-aluminum starter covers. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures. Wishing you a happy new year! Bill
That is truly an outstanding collection. First off it is for a 21 stud, you just don't see many of those and speed equipment is kind of rare. I have never seen some of your equipment even in a museum. Really good score. By the way, looking at your block, how does the water circulate? I see the water holes in the block but nothing else. So how does the water get to the radiator? Matt
I love the bronze heads. Do you have the water logs? That's a very nice collection of parts ya got there.
Matt: Thanks for your comments. Regarding water circulation, the heads would normally have a water-log, much like the V8 60 adapted for boat use, at the top of the head with an outlet to the radiator and you'd employ standard water pumps on the block. Bill
