35 , are they spot welded to bed side?

  4. Lots of lubricant early on, days before you want to take them off, depends where you live they generally snap off anyway. Use a wrench and do the left right, left right about a quarter turn, then more lubricant, my dad would tell you any idiot can break a shovel handle. Same with the fender bolts.

Hmm, no experience with 35's. 40/41 uses a flat headed carriage bolt on the bed side. Pin in the ass to install by yourself, duct tape helps to hold them in while you fit the fender and start the nuts. At least my reply will keep you at the top of the board.

  6. On my 50 ford the bolt head shows through on the inside, they may be swaged, welded, rusted or carriage bolts not sure. Google likely knows for your specific application.

Ford?? Sure it's a '35? Your profile says you've got a '37. Pictures might help. Welcome to the HAMB
