Fender trouble

Hi all
Has anyone got any idea where all the bolts are on the door edge of a 58 Fairlane fender.
I have taken out every bolt I can find and it seems to be trapped on the top by the upper hinge.
Is there a bolt hidden behind the top hinge?

 

Have you looked behind the kick panel on the inside of the car?

 

Yup, I have removed the only bolt I caould find there.
