Customs Fenders interchangable?

Hi guys so I have a 55-town sedan with the V side trim, but I really love how the straight trim on the customlines from 55 look. Would I need to change the fenders and doors to achieve this look?

 

No, but you'll need to drill new holes for the clips.

 

And fill the holes that you don't use.

 

1stGrumpy and BJR are correct. No need to change any body parts, just your basic Body Shop 101 kind of hand work.

 

IMHO all 55 and 56 Fairlanes would look better with the straight customline chrome.
