Technical Fenderskirts 1956

Question to all the gurus here:
Skirts for 1956 mercury, are the fords of same year the same? Will 56 skirts fit the mercury?

Did a quick internet search, found a place called " Fender Skirt Depot", ask them.

 

Cruiser skirts fit both

 

The flush fit skirts I'm nearly positive do not interchange between the two cars.

 

Unfortunately, no. The original, factory optional ‘55-‘56 Ford skirts will not fit on a ‘55-‘56 Mercury.

 

Cruiser skirts it is then.
Hard to find flush fit ones.
