    Looks a lot like a Fiat 600. The larger flare on the front wheel opening looks like 1967 or so. It would have been a pretty new body. Makes a mean looking little altered.

    Early Fiat 500 body with suicide doors. The primary tell between a 500 & a 600 is the body crease. On the 500, the crease runs even with the (front) trunk opening. On the 600, the crease is above the sill. It goes over the rear wheel making a sort of boxy flare. The roofline is flatter and the rear side window is larger as well.
    I hadn't seen the 500 referred to as a Bambina, so I looked it up. The locally assembled version was sold in NZ as the Bambina, but this is a U.S. version. The googly 'eyes' are in the headlight buckets. They were integrated in the fender everywhere else, but had to be raised to meet federal headlight height requirements.

    I'm trying to find out the colour this dragster was painted... the driver and engine and any other photos of it...
