I am considering buying a 34 Chevy with a Fibergl*** body by Outlaw. The frame is also Outlaw. The car is about 600 miles away, so I want some info before deciding to drive to see it in person. The car looks great, but I have no experience with a fibergl*** body hotrod. Are these things sturdy or will the car feel cheap? Basically, there is nothing on the car made by GM, except for the crate motor that is in it. Does this hurt the long term value of the car? Will it appreciate in value the same as a car that is more original? Any and All thoughts are welcome. Thanks.
Outlaw bodies are very strong,... No it won't feel cheap, As far as value goes,.. if your buying it for a investment, your buying it for the wrong reason,... I would imagine that steel cars would hold or increase in value a little more,... nut not necessarily. (IMHO)
The guy you are buying it from increased the value, but my $.02 it might be the last time it will. "AND THE BOWTIE ROLLS ON"
