Looks really nice! Love the white firewall. Regarding the rear suspension, does it articulate fully without binding? These discussions (using split bones/no torque arm, and splitting them to the frame rails) are always interesting, but no one ever replies to the articulation question. Have you tried it?

Wow Mike, you've come a long way in just 5 months. I had to go back and check your first posting to believe it. The coupe looks great. Quite a change since Oct 2012.

  7. Thanks, the firewall is Wimbleton White. It looks great in person. Yeah everything moves freely without binding. Mikes29 set the rear end up the same on both of his Model A's without any kind of issues.

Thanks for the compliment, the coilovers are QA1

Thanks man, the car would be no where close to where it's out without the help of my friends. I am really lucky to be friends with such great and talented people

  8. No moss growing on you.
It's looking great in a short period of time!

  9. ha ha, no time for moss. I gotta get this thing on the road for the summer!

  10. Another productive weekend in the books. Got the shifter in and we started on the motor. Mikes29 and I decided to have a little photo shoot as well.

  13. Trying to find spark plugs to fit with these block hugger headers suck. I don't like the idea of spending 7 bux a pop for the Accel's.

  14. Thanks man, I'm falling more in love with my car every day. But isn't that what it's all about?? :D

  15. Ugh, I hate waiting on parts to get here. It's 80 degrees out and i'm ready to ride!!

YEah!!! Looks like you'll be driving it this weekend! GO GO go go GO

  21. Thanks Buddy, I appreciate it

Thanks Joe, I keep waiting on updates from your collection :)

Thanks Carl, If it could turn out at least half as nice as your coupe I would be thrilled. I'll have to drive up to some shows this summer in Ohio so we can hang out

LOL I wish but I still got a long way to go. Still need to finish the engine bolt ons, do the cooling system, do the fuel system, finish the steering, shorten the drive shaft and wire the whole car before I'll be ready to turn the motor over. I'm sure some other things will pop up a long the way too.

your coupe is sick by the way! I love it

  22. Update time, got the fenders back on it, started the wiring, got the dadh and gsuges in, got the seat mount built and got the steering done

Can you get an outside level shot of it, the stance is looking really good.

    I LIKE IT.

BTW, when was it getting a hair cut?

  28. Hey Joe, I'll try to get a pic this week. We aren't going to be able to do the chop until after Memorial day. I am trying to have it on the road for Beatersville Memorial weekend and we just don't have time to do the chop and do it right.

  29. I found this one, it may be able to give you a better idea until I can get it outside.

  30. Eric at Hot Rod Leather is a class act. Great communication and makes very high quality parts. I couldn't be happier with my hood straps. I highly recommend him.
