The zinger dune buggy acrually had aluminum 5 spokes on the front, but not that kind. I cant seem to find the ones it needs, all I know is that they look like 6 inch diameter and are 2 piece with the bolts that hold the halves together going thru the center of the spokes. anyone have some laying around?

I just love the fact that this sits UPSTAIRS in your garage along with the digger! So cool! I'd love to get back over to your place again sometime! My buddies are jealous after I showed them pics from my visit last winter too. :)

By the description,it sounds like the Mags that Mini Bikes/Go Karts used to run.
I know that some were 2 piece that bolted together.

I have seen some of the 1's I need on quarter midgets, they bolt together thru the center of the spoke as opposed to where a normal lug nut would be

Just wondering where will it end up? Is it something for you personally. I know when I make stuff I usually run out of room or I get bored with it after a while and I am lookinjg for room for the next piece of art to create. But this is something that requires a little more room than your average piece of art............lol......:D. By the way your stuff just blows me away and I would love to be doing the stuff you are doing. But like many others I have to start off small inorder to work myself to your level. So with this being said when and what is the next thing you are working on because I can not wait for it . Oh yeah is the engine a mock up block because I am wondering how much this must weight.....:) and does is the steering actually functional? Damn I just can not get over this thing and would love to see it in person someday............WOW!

Yes it is for me personally. the engine block is cast iron but I put it on my mill and removed most of the cylinder walls and main webbing, It is pretty light. Yes I am running out of room and may have to get rid of all of my furniture so I have more room for car stuff LOL. and yes the steering works

Awesome work. I thought the 57 looked like a "Big Deal" car. If I'm digging through an old "Hot Rod" mag. and find some of his art work, I have to cut it out to put into my file. Thanks for the post. Gary

  24. I don't like it, I LOVE IT!

What's the history on the Road Knights Club Jacket from Davenport, in the background?
For a bunch of small town farm boys, 35 miles west of Spokane, they sure had some of the nicest cars in the Inland Empire back in the fifties and sixties.

the jacket, 75 or so vintage trophies and literally hundreds of vintage photos plus a whole bunch of other stuff came with the 55 chev custom I bought a few years back. It was owned by Paul Savelesky he was a member of the Road knights and built the car back in 61
