Hot Rods finally drove the T today

    my 6 mo. project that took 3 years, i just finally got out of garage and drove it today. was going to do a build on it but we lost the camera and all the pix. built it for TROG, 27 T cpe, 8BA eng, 39 linc gearbox, 48 frd grs. columbia od w/4.11 grs, mordrp axl, 40 brks, org. slngsht int., orig blk heds,, chop 5'', 40 str bx. came out good finishing another project next mo. i have been on for 27 years, will try to post that build, have lot of pix for that one.

    You are on a roll now. Fine little Hotrod with a great combination of vintage hardware. Very tidy n' tight. Now get out and enjoy it.

    i got the fuel cap-neck at junk yard yhink was a ford truck, cause it was vented, then mounted an old ford cap to it.. i wanted a wippet shell, but are hard to find. was at a tractor sho and a man had some international tractor gas tanks for sale one was standing on end and EUREKA ! i found my shell , i i cut off part of bott., spread it 5'' added 6'' to back and cut out hole for grill, hooly molly, grill..20 ga.x 1 1/2 x 6'+-, over bent 90, shrink-strech to fit opening, digrinder cut slits in it for gross bars, they just 1 1/2 sheet w edge broken, added flairs ro screw it on.
