#s under the left front fender ,and under the bed in two places ...

  2. The number is on the top of the left frame rail near the firewall. It may faint but should be visible without removing the fender. There are usually two other numbers on the top of the left frame rail under the body/bed.

Super Streak, shame on you for making that horrible statement ! ! I would happily drive the wheels off that coupe..................At night with no moon. Just kidding. Paint is easily changed. Think "PRIMER". Good finds, Bud.

Funny, someone told me I should keep it for one of my girls to drive. They're 7 and 4.

Actually it was owned by two brothers here that have a nice body shop, and they'd park it out front. One of them told me he couldn't even begin to think how many paint jobs the purple coupe sold over the years.

Definitely needs a color change, but man, it's super solid. No rust in it, not that I can find.

  6. Its a late '32! Don't worry about what the paper says in the glovebox, take the rear leaf out, de-arc it, remove a few leafs, dropped axle, 16" wheels and your good to go!
Nice score on your '32 with legroom!

Shiny, thanks man! The info on the rear spring is great.

Quick question. Can you run 16's on the front with fenders and a 4 inch dropped axle? Or should I go 15's in the front, 16's in the rear?

It is entirely possible that the pickup was ***led as a 1932 because it was sold in 1932. Not every state followed the factory Sept-Oct introduction date of new cars for the following calendar year. Look at the number of states that didn't even issue ***les for new cars until the 70s.

That coupe is painted exactly how my 3 year old daughter says should I paint my "broken car". Does it have a ****erfly mirror in it? I dont know what that is but she says I need one.

    All jokes aside awesome finds!!

Anything is possible but I feel certain it didn't leave the factory with a p***enger car grill shell. HRP

Hotrod, you're right, this was added when it was restored a few years back. One of the items that grabbed my attention the first time I saw it too.

A buddy of mine did some photochopping on the truck. Lowered it a bit, and went with the stock wheels being black.

I am really digging this look.

Wow just paint the rims and lower it !!
Can you fit a 32 firewall in 33 ? I know the roof visor swage line is different , and the roof fits different at the A pillar. Fit a 32 dash and what else?
