Hot Rods Finally got my coupe

After waiting many years and letting so many other things in life take priority, I finally bought myself a 39 Ford coupe. It's not strictly HAMB friendly, but with the wheel and tire change I think it looks the part. Bought it from a gentleman in the St. Louis area. I found out it was built in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 1995. It's showing a little wear, but I prefer that. I'm super happy with it and my wife loves it. So that's a win. For now I'm just going to drive and enjoy.

From one '39 Standard owner to another - Nice car! But, I can see those OT seats through the window.

 

Handsome car! Change the exhaust tips and drive the **** out of it! And nice photo shoot too!

 

Yeah, the interior is OT, but not obnoxious. It’s comfortable and I can live with it for now. I’m happy the builder didn’t go for all the awful trends of the mid 90s. I think this has aged pretty well all things considered.

 

That looks pretty sharp. Are the exhaust tips bolt on?
