    I love it!!!!!!!!!

  5. Hmmm, '51 Kaiser?

I like it! Might look even bettera little further back, so the center point lines up with the nose- that way it doesn't look like it's sticking it's tongue out at everone... unless that's what you're trying to do, or you cut the grill opening to fit it in:D

I mean, you've already put all that hard work into it- now you're warmed up and ready to go!

Not sure what i'm gonna do with the Winfield Wing. Might mount it on my wall for awhile...who knows.

Probably not til after the Mooneyes show. I just traded my T-bird buckets for an original bench. I'm taking the front and back seats to the upolstry shop in about a week. Not in a big hurry, cause I have other things to change first.

That's okay...I figured that. SlddnMatt found me a better centerpiece. So that means I get to pull it apart again!! The one I have is scratched up,and would cost more than the whole thing to fix it.

When I talked about changing it back to the stock grill, awhile back,I kept getting a bunch of shit! But that was my plan from the beginning. When you have a mental picture in your head of what you would do if you ever got your DREAM car, that's what try to achieve. I didn't want the headlights frenched,or the side markers filled. I wanted it flamed and with a old stlye stance. NOT draggin the ground! It's real close to being the way I dreamed of. Thanks guys...

Don't get me wrong...I love full customs, like the Hirohata. I've seen MANY I like, just not what I wanted for me. I found a perfect hood orniment, but can't get up the nerve to put it on. Might fuck it up...

I have to say I love those incredibly BOLD flames on that car! Got a pic with it in the open air so the whole job can be seen?

looks much better with the original grill, but in my Merc will go without the centerpiece and just continuing with some more stock syle vertical rounded stripes,to fill all up...classy and subtle mod.

49/50 Merc grilles fit perfectly in such a car, kustom but trad style, just the necessary,NOT over done...

the flame job is KILLER,i can stare at those for days...so balanced visually!

Hey Bob,if you need an interior send it to Mexico, cheap and fast!!!

don't loose the track, you're almooooost there

    congrats, COOL car
