Hello, I am new to all of this, I am lost a lot with my project because I am the only person I know that likes to ride around in 'old' cars. I met a guy in Austin this weekend that was surprised that I've never heard of this forum. So he told me to check it out. I have a '53 chevy. I don't plan to do much to it other than drop it and shave (the rest of) it and slap some DP 90 or rust-oleum on it. When I ask advice about the paint folks get pretty heated up about using real paint vs paint in a can. But I'm in the Army and that don't pay much. It'd stay in primer if I could keep it that way. But there it is.
