I am going to have the bottom curve up from behind the tire... to where the tailgate begins... and put a rolled pan in there...

knottty, love the proportions of your build. is it too much to ask what the wheel base is and the lenght of your bed? getting the proportions right on these trucks is hard and i think you nailed it!

    thanx Shockley

I took a lot of time looking at pictures of trucks i liked... even measured the pictures for the proportions.. I think I got it ok... for me anyways..lol.....

my wheel base is 114 inches..... the box is 52 inches long... 30 inch tall tire... and 10 inches in front of the tire..... and 12 inches behind the tire....

the cab is chopped 5 inches.... no channel... hope this helps you out...

wow thank you, not many guys are eager to volunteer that info. i have been racking my brain on every pic. i see of fenderless trucks i like because its so hard to get them right. and the ones i liked didnt have full side shots to measure. thanks for the information i will be following your build.

well back to work on the truck.....I have been doing some other things lately... around the house.. my Lady broke her foot... wow... its been a real pain for her.. I have been doing as much as I can for her in my spare time...

got my grill and rad figured out tonight....i like the angle and proportion of it all.. I have put a lot of thought and research into the proportions.... seems to be working..

motor and trans mounts are complete... and working well.... got my pinion and engine angles bang on.. as per hamb.....lol.... next is the pedals.. and clutch to figure out... I am thinking ill be making my own...Ansen style pedals...well hope you enjoy ....have a great day....
