Technical Firestone Deluxe Champion manufacture date ?

Question about Firestone Deluxe Champion manufacture date.
I have opportunity to buy a set of new tires in second. But the seller don’t see any manufacture date.
Can somebody help ?

It should be stamping with date there... i have it on my Firestone tires

 

There is a serial on the side wall. Last 4 digits, 3 if really old are week and year of manufacture.
