I'm TJ, live in Colorado Springs, and picked up a '69 GMC C 1500 last week as my first 4-wheeled project. I've built/am building a few choppers and this truck is going to be built specifically for hauling motorcycles. That said, I'm going to try to keep all of the parts pre-79, and repurpose as many GM factory parts as I can. It's got a 307 with a 4 speed, so I'm kinda stoked on trying to make something cool out of this ******* engine. I realize none of this is HAMB friendly, so I won't be making any build threads or anything. I'd like to learn as much as I can here, but plan on keeping my mouth shut. Anyway, here's the truck as I got it and the bikes I've had a hand in:
