Projects First Desoto builder I have seen

Yeah excess HP is usually nice but can be a handful in a rod and Momma says 'be careful'...I love the 1000 lb-ft of torque in my 6.7 Cummins but not sure I'd want that in a street rod. To each his own.

 

I remember a pink one (i think the paint was called something like sonic purple) that was a mild custom in magazines in the mid-90s. I really liked that one. It looked good with the hood/front end cleaned up, a nice two-tone paint job and wide whites.
