Took the roadster around the block for the first time in a few years. After driving it for maybe 15 years. Twice from the S.F. bay area to Bonn. Several times to Pamona Fathersday, it needed a freshen up. While I was at it I took out the S.B.F. and installed the Caddi. Wow It's a rocket now! Still not sure of the exhaust (collectors are WWII artillery shells) and the tires are just rollers but it ran great and everything worked. Also replaced the reversed Corvair steering with a Ross box a friend gave me. Steered well despite oversize front tires.
Now that it's a driver again I can clean my garage. When I get the urge. Which isn't often.
