I posted on here about a year ago where I was about to start building my first hot rod. I wasn't able to start until this past October, but it's at the point where I have very little left to do on it. I've been driving it for a few weeks now and it is an absolute blast to drive. I have tons of pictures of the build process but here are a few of the finished project. I ended up having to s**** the Muncie 4-speed plan since my legs wouldn't fit with the shifter in the way, so had to pivot and went with a beefed up Powerglide that I rebuilt. 1923 Studebaker 01 by mshouppe posted Apr 9, 2026 at 4:17 PM 1923 Studebaker 02 by mshouppe posted Apr 9, 2026 at 4:17 PM 1923 Studebaker 03 by mshouppe posted Apr 9, 2026 at 4:17 PM 1923 Studebaker 04 by mshouppe posted Apr 9, 2026 at 4:17 PM 1923 Studebaker - 327 First Run by mshouppe posted Apr 9, 2026 at 4:16 PM
You’d think a degree in software engineering would help figure out how to post pictures on here. I think it works now?
I see your pics. Cool bucket. There's nothin' like a Rutabaga. Btw... You put it together pretty fast.
Cool one year, and a Studebaker make it unique. If I may let me whisper in you ear ( my lazy *** has no right to direct anyone ) Hide that tank
Great work. There’s always something else you can do on them. Good on you for doing something different
