This will be an outstanding event to have your Hot Rods on the Tarmac, at the first ever hosting of them, at the Lyon Air Museum, Orange County-John Wayne Airport, in Southern California. Register your 40's to early 50's hot rod, or pre-42 custom, for the one day cruise-in on the airport grounds. Limited spaces and all entries must pre-register at lyonairmuseum.org. The event is in association with the War Surplus on Wheels exhibit featuring one of the largest exhibits of historic Lakester's and Hot Rods that used war surplus items including; fuel tanks, seats, yokes, seat belts, oxygen tanks and more! Thanks to Bobby Green @ Old Crow Speed Shop along with all the owners of these awesome cars! And if that doesn't get you excited, these will be displayed under an operational Lockheed P-38 Lightning! For complete information go to lyonairmuseum.org. Will see you there!
DAMNIT.........it's on the same day as the Long Beach Model T club swap meet. I might be able to make both ?!?!?!
Only a few open spots available, so register now. You will be part of an awesome collection of hot rods. I GUARANTY IT!
We're looking toward a great cruise day on the Tarmac in only two weeks! Belly tanks are already loaded in the Hangar and are awesome!
