Hot Rods First time Model A owner questions

    Filling thru distributor hole fills the dipper cups so it can throw oil around when started. That's what I call them anyway, don't know the proper name for them, Amen with the marvel Mystery oil and go thru the brakes. Clutch disc will probably be stuck to flywheel. Push to get it going with engine running and trans in gear & keep reving and pushing clutch in until it makes a big bang breaking loose

    I recently got my first stock model A. Now that I have one I wonder why I waited so long to get it. The banger motor is enjoyable to work on. Parts are reasonably priced. I think my whole ignition and dash wiring harness was 35.00. The mechanical brakes work well enough for the car. I get a lot of comments on how nice it is keeping it in the stock form. I take it out to the local cruise in just about every week, and try to drive it to work as much as I can.
