Technical Fish carbs?

Can someone fill me in on these parts? I bought them from a guy and his Pop was an old hot rodder!

There are two tops, a br*** plate, some misc innerds and 4 bags of new screws but they look like Holley or strokberg screw kits and then an intake that says Winfield.

 

That's an intake to put a down draft Winfield carb on a Model A or B. The two carb scoops look like they are for a Winfield carb also.

 

Any idea what that br*** plate is?

 

That br*** plate is from a Fish carb.

 

There should be letters stamped into the manifold opposite the carb flange (eg, AA, B, BB). If not what it the screw spacing…?
