The thing is, that whatever caused those fisheyes, is still on the panel. So once it's cured, clean the hell out of it before you start to sand anything. Fisheye eliminator works, but it caused die-back, I just don't like using it, because something is causing the fisheye and the best thing to do is find the problem. If you don't normally paint cars, take a minute to look around the shop, find where it's coming from, are you painting in the same garage where you just tore your tractor down for a rebuild? Workbench covered in oil? That air hose can cause problems, not just from the air coming out of the inside, but a nasty outer will ruin a paint job. You'll have to sand the panels flat, otherwise you'll still see the craters when you repaint.
