Technical fixing chop a 51 chevy deluxe (advice welcome)

hello Im fixing to chop my 51 chevy this fall and looking for any pointers on how to do it, I have cut gl*** before and I have chopped a few trucks before but never a car, I would like some advice I have pretty much a ideal of what I need to do and want look I want, I kinda would like to keep the factory back window also....so any advice would be helpful
