That's the right way to do it! My roof pisses me off. I asked for monster flake and got one can of monster and one can of micro. I was like, "what the hell is this micro doing on my roof". As if that weren't enough, the flake hardly even covers. I see more base coat than I do flake. I'm looking forward to seeing more pics as you progress. Thanks for sharing.
yup, driving in the sun is a pain in the ***, but driving at night can be even worse. when you drive under a street light, you are almost instantly blinded, then as soon as you p*** under, back to normal. i'd rather drive in the constant sun myself. i'm thinking of doing like =mikes= buddy did, and have some sort of dash cover made for it. like an opaque plastic. oh, and your dash looks *****in!!
Now that is cooooooooool and looks like a m***ive amount of work but well worth it ,my lad wants me to red flake his car roof but ive never used the stuff............
Great job Aaron! Im a big fan of the 49-52 chevy.I gotta line on a 51 coupe deluxe 2 dr post for 1700 and the bodies real solid though the engine and ****** might be shot.thasnks mike
very nice cant wait to se the candy. im either gona flake my dash or chrome it but the chrome dude is kinda pricey
Thanks for the compliements and feedback. I can't take the credit, Alex deserves the compliments. Gambino Kustoms Rules! I am still learning. All I did is some sanding and spraying of primer Hopefully will get more done soon, viva is coming fast
Exterior will be trim black, going with a single color since the car is a fleetline (fastback style). There will be candy apple red scalloped, based with a gold mini flake.
