Flame Throwers on a hot rod

yes,its an 8 yr old thread,BUT,,very traditional,,,we had them back in the early 50s..

I wouldn't put flame throwers on any of my cars but I'll watch the guy putting on a show,as far as using them on a hot rod I don't see it,I kind of expect them on customs. HRP

this is the only flamethrower you should consider for your hotrod

 

Back in '53 when I was 12, I would have thought flamethrowers were pretty neat.

 

Ok all I can say is if you got em dont make them so atrocious that they look like they should be in a wwII army training film. I've seen idiots at car shows light them off like 5 feet from a commercial building. Why the building didnt go up in flames amazes me. Also some have said that the use of flame throwers was gay. that wasn't really nice but I do wonder if that is where the term flaming gays came from.lol. yruhot
