FlamedAbone builds another set

Stopped by FlamedAbones garage yesterday to check up on the progress of his Henry J g***er project and caught him in the middle of fabbing up another set of headers.. He make his own flanges and using a exhaust kit for a SBC made these up...

How do you make your flanges? Are you just the bomb with a torch, or do you use a mill?

Or, did you get one of those surplus death-ray cutting lasers from when they s****ped the Strategic Defense Initiative?
