Projects Flat FED build

  1. Seems they are not cheap - about $250 or so.

    Uh, but I am Dale besides I like the idea of using my new foundry, the sound of it running is way too cool..... would love to see pics of the two port and linkage setup...........

  7. Well its always nice to get parts in da mail..... decided to bite the bullet and buy a new Barrell Valve as I don't want to have problems with fuel delivery......

  17. Na not permanent as I love driving it too much and can not stop driving.... but sure loved the look on his face when she fired!! Just may have a convert here! Now if he would just stop growing looks like he will be 6- 3or4.... might have to redo the roll bar..........
    I don't have overflow issues no h2o.............

    Now that sounds like a good idea Tim.....

    Yea Tim it makes me feel great to see him take any interest in old cars, he now wants a muscle car for his first car! Go Ryan, anything but a rice burner!!!!

  25. Wow can't believe its been a month since posting.... have been busy getting the ICT fixed and am thinking of putting wing nuts on everything in the car..............
    spent some time on extra tie downs for the dragster after getting the ICT fixed.....

    its amazing how 3 cubic inches of material can be turned into 600 CI of chips.......
    Oh well gettin some time at the lathe now, thats good......

    And Afaulk yep grandson is pulling for a modification on the roll bar so he can fit!!!!

  27. Na Tim its my old Tool holder from my 14x30 Hendy modified to work on the small Smitty.............
    just looks hokey but works good..................

    Looking good Carl:) So the 4-71 is for next year? Hope we'll get the Sidewinder going next weekend, so I can give you more exact numbers for the injector:)

  29. Yea Kjell looks like next year, everything in stages with this project, don't want to hurt myself ya know...........

    finished the tie downs to the trailer and am happy with the results, simple and easy......
