Not well. As usual with me, every time I get full of myself something happens just to let me know how much I don`t know. Lost the ignition on the fourth pass. I think. I think I`ll change 3 or 4 things as usual so I`m really lost. I`ll still be at eagle field. Your fab skills are exceptional by the way

  2. lost ign should be easy to diagnose, didn't shear pin on dist shaft did you??
Thanks for the compliment but just an old pipefitter who hates to spend money, with a lot of time on his hands....
Hey if you are ever around Roseville look me up......

Good job Carl:) Sorry for my late replay, I can't find the pictures of the wheelie-bar set-up. But again yours looks really fine. Mine was built around the push-bar, and the excisting hole in the chut-tail. I'm done for the season as the block has way to many cracks;)

    /K

  5. Way too much Nitro huh Kjell......... too bad ya weren't closer I might have a block for ya...........

Well I was hoping to have more done but I rolled my ankle and was down for a couple weeks. Plus change of direction on transmission. Got a line on a original B&M hydro to go in place of the Muncie. Still a four speed just the trans does all the work.

[Good luck at test and tune. I made the mistake of pitting up by the staging lanes and found out that everyone else wanted to do the same. barely had enough room to move around the car. I won`t do that again. The tech guy really knows his stuff , but he is not a hard a.. . Have fun and let us know how it went.

  17. Yea I always pit out in the back 40 usually by myself, plenty of room.

You gotta stop using the 4x4 as a race car Tim, Beth will win every time!!!

Damn though looks like I could shave a few tenths off by getting rid of that damn Dunnlap............ ouch that sucks.

Sounds like some of my luck went your way. Are you planning another test session before eagle field? If so, I think I`ve got mine fixed and need to prove it. MSD doesn`t like solid core wires and non resister plugs.

  20. We will have to see what exactly the problem is this week some time and go from there, Sac wants me to add some more safety shit to the car also....... it never ends add something that requires more additions.......

Just found a free test track for us Californians. Went to New Melones lake this afternoon and because of the drought there are no boat ramps to be used. There are two parking lots, each about 1/8 mile long, that are completely empty. Made 8 launches and shut off just before the shift point. Never thought I would have anything good to say about the drought. I`m ready for eagle field, see you there.
