yea Corey I had Pete do a 425 for me and I'm really happy with it, we could never get it to run right on alky so went back to 110 gas and she is happy, (could have been me though on the alky problems) runs 7psi @ 5500 with a 650 Edelbrock, have spun her to 6500 on occasion. I have hogged out the heads to lower the CR can't remember how much right now off the top of my head...............
Well rear end rebuild is complete, engine tear down is complete, parts should be on order tomorrow everything is good in flatland..........
yep Mike just a light scuffing after 10 years racing looks great to me, I will order a new set and another 10 years!!!! crank is fine so I'm a happy camper!!! I will also scuff up the cylinders and put a new set of rings on her......Wala new engine..................
