I can only agree with all that has been said about Bob, what a great guy, and dealing with him from the other side of the pond is so easy. Great pictures too.
only dealt with ftb once so far, awhile back. i handed the phone to my wife to give them our account # and other personal info they needed and she said no way she dont give out info on the phone to someone she doesnt know.i told her it was ftb from the hamb and he was a vendor. end of problem.

You know it's nice when you go thru life and all you hear is good reports from your friends....that's all I've ever heard about my friend FTB! One of these days, I'm gonna take him up on his invite to come to Wellington and visit the Mayor... What he loses in height - - he makes it up in heart size!!
