Technical flathead 6 mopar dissy upgrade HOW HARD

hello from Australia , If I needed a up graded distributor to suit a sidevalve 6 cyl dodge , 1960 model , what would be a acceptable turn around time as I sent 2 units to a reputable shop in the usa , I shipped them and they were received on the 25/09/2013 and they havnt been sorted as of 6/12/2013 , despite e/mails and no response and even a phone call , should I have bought one of tom langdons units , or just keep on waiting ,
I don't mind waiting but its getting ridiculous ,

I bought mine from Tom Langdon. Got it in a week and it looks like a nice piece.
