Not sure how it all started, probably " I bet you wont". For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to head north, (towards canada ) in February.
The plan was hatched, I was gonna drive up north in my coupe and enter it into the Minn. Motorama.
Sounds good so far. Guess that I forgot that my coupe didnt have side gl*** or a heater and it is damn cold out..... and it is 400 miles away.

I got up early Firday morning and decided it was tooo cold, gonna wait till it was alittle warmer. 7 o'clock (am) I decided ...now or never...

Thanks Tuck for saving me a spot for me. I left a little late and I had to stop a few times to warm up! But I made it....

I have to say that the motorama was just a destination ( or a place to park our cars )

The cars rocked. There were soo many carbs. Whitewalls. Slicks.

Now to the weekend how I saw it...

Tuck set up a great group of cars and people. Coolstuff looked to be selling alot. Porter always had someone askin how does it sound.. Johnny, Johnny Jean jacket or..... ***us ( jiffy lube) and every one else, it was fun.

Some things I saw...St Paul taxi's ****! They will leave you stranded! MIght as well walk.
Heard there were some Kevan Beacan sightings, but no autographs to prove it..
Even us hoodlums can be treated like royalty at Mancini's ( if your in town, try it)

Well there you go, overall, it was a great time! Now , to the biggest let down, no pictures here, I dont have a camera. Maybe some one that was there can post up some pics or a link to a thread with some pics.

I think everone should go against the odds and make a trip out of their comfort zone to hang out with friends and make some new friends it will be worth it.

you longhaulers really set a good example. now we just need more of the locals to bring theirs out. if you can drive that far it should be no big deal to trailer one 20 miles or so. then maybe we can crowd out those damn hoopty lowriders

    Hey Jeff:
It was great to meet you and hang out! You took one for the team, that's for sure!
I posted a bunch of pix today and have more to post on the motorama link that Tuck started. It takes so long to post on here, I also posted them on our Facebook fan page. I took 159 pix that weeekend. Still haven't got them all up yet. Will put them on our website too, eventually.
Glad you made it back home with no troubles!

The low riders are better than some of the other cars that fill the show. I was surprised that I couldnt find a rider to fill the p***enger seat with the promise of cars, food , and a possably cold ride in a hotrod!

I was thinking along the same lines... wishing all our guys were as p***ionate about getting there cars out to shows in FORCE... I really can't say anything bad about those guys- they represent...

You know, the guys the showed up had some of best examples out there. It is rad that you have had different cars at all three shows. Too cool.
