Flathead chrome oil filter cover?

I am looking for a chrome or stainless steel cover for a 8BA flathead oil filter. I know Hot Rod and Custom supply used to sell them, but have been unable to contact them. Does anyone else know where I could find 1? Could a generator cover be modified?

Hi Matt, Why not just make a cover from scratch? It would be easyer than modifying a generator cover.
All you need is some poster board for a patern , a pair of good tin snips , a drill and a small round file and some sheet metal ( I used .040 Aluminum and polished it with a SOS pad)
I got a bit carried away with mine and rolled some beads in it with my cheap HF beader.
Now im thinking of covering the gen. and starter to match.
