Hot Rods Flathead crane Cam

Does anyone have any information on this Crane camshaft? Or any old crane catalogs that talks about it?
Crane R450. J 822. F

My dad has it and was waiting to use it in one of his new builds.

Advertised Duration- 284 At .050 - 247
In-ex .012 - .014 clearance
Gross valve Lift IN .450, EX .450
