    hey guys,

i need to change out my fan on my flathead v8 in my 53 ford customline and i figured while ive got the generator off for rebuilding i may as well swap it while its all apart.

is there anything more to it then pulling the gen off, lossing the bolts, take the belts off, take the other bolts off and pull it off. then do it in reverse with the "new" one?

the 5 blade ive got on there now is all funky so im going to through this other 3 blade on thats in better shape.

    thanx

I ***ume you'll be replacing the belts at the same time. If so, you'll want to leave the generator loose from the stand a bit. Sometimes new belts will be hard to put on otherwise.
