Hot Rods Flathead Ford 6 cyl oil flow

Is there a oil flow restricting fitting in the oil flow system somewhere like the V8 ? Need to remote filter for space sake. Remove ing original filter canister. This is the 254 cu in M series 52-53 F6 truck motor(also industrial app motor). H series looks to be the same but 226 cu in. With remote installed, moments after motor starts, seems the valves start to rattle( get noise-y). 50 lbs oil pressure . Any Voices of experience out there? Thanks, Jack.
