Flathead ford Hilborn fuel injection

bought this engine from an auction came in a 37 Chevy coupe.
the car is toast but I started the motor it sounded good.
If any one could tell me what the fuel injection setup is worth.
I was thinking about selling the injection off of the motor and putting a carb setup on it.
I was told by some friends not to split it up and to sell the whole thing together but not sure what any of it is worth because this is the first flathead ford I have ever bought.
