Technical Flathead headers

I have a 38 Ford with orig flathead engine. Getting ready to install later 8BA engine. I want to put a set of headers on it. My question is: Do I just order headers for the 38 with stock engine? Thanks Bob

No you order them for a '38 with an 8BA

 

All flatty's use the same exhaust port and manifold bolt hole configuration, in other words it doesn't matter if its a 59A, an 8BA or a 21 stud - just not a V8-60
