Flathead - leak down test??

    anyone got leakdown numbers for a fresh built hotrod/ race flattie. Not happy with mine but not sure what I should be looking for verses a overhead valve motor. Would think they should be the same or close if the valves and rings seal properly

    I'm ***uming you're talking about a cylinder leakage test? Is the engine fully broken in? New rings won't seal as well as seated ones.
    What are you getting on a compression test? Any serious variance between cylinders? Did you hot torque the heads after break in?
