    Thank you Kyle !!
This is an original Ford manual for flathead engines from 1937 through 1948. The manual includes disassembly, reassembly, state of wear and measuring tolerance evaluations. The pages are in Acrobat pdf form and Allot of work was put into this, Merry Christmas! and we feel this will give everyone who has a flathead some basis to get started. Now go get your hands dirty! Thanks, petejoe. It's very handy to have the specs on an electronic file.

Just saved it to CD. It would cost many $$$$$ to compile all the information I have compiled off of this board over the last couple years. Thanks for takin' the time to share.

This is fantastic! It's one of the few Tech Week posts that deserve to be in Tech O' Matic.

Carl, I would love to have the green book done. [IMG] Man, the work involved in doing that. Wouldn't it be cool to have ALL these manuals done in electronic form. I missed scanning pages 36 and 37. Here it is in jpg. I made it large to make it legible and in case someone wants to print it. We plan to add it to the pdf file soon. Thanks guys! 30roadster...my hats off to you too!

If someone can explain where and how to post it, I have the "green book" in pdf format. If you want it let me know how to get it up somewhere.

That green book must be really big. Probably 25-30 times bigger than my files. Speedo, you would have to send a disc of it instead of email. Unless you want to go through it and email it in portions. Thanks Kyle!

It's about 100 megs. If anyone has an FTP site or a server I can upload it, but I think email is way too big.....BUT, and this is a big but...if anyone one wants it, and I don't get swamped, send me a blank cd and I can mail them to you. PM me, don't use the email, too much to try and sort out that way. Or if you have no cds just send like a buck for the cd and shipping.

If this helps, I figured a way to divide each chapter, and now each one is anywhere from 3 to 16 megs, minus the TOC and chapter pages, they are around 500k.

Petejoe and friends, I have the rest of that series too--transmission, 4-6-12 cylinder books, starter and generator, carb and fuel system, and I think there are some others. After new years (I'm going nuts right now) I'd be glad to send you copies to post if you'd like. Bruce

Thanks Bruce for the offer. Man, what are we getting ourselves into [IMG] 30roadster has gratiously offer to post this manual and he may be also putting up the Green Book. I would be more thatn happy to get involved and help in posting more manuals. But I personally don't have a website access. Something we can work at.. I would love to especially see the carb manuals. It's really up to the Dr. 30roadster and I'm sure whether he has the space and time. I will get with you if we have a go on this. Thanks
