Hi all. I have a 51 Plymouth w stock engine except I installed an Edmund's dual carb intake. It utilizes two stock Carbs but runs rich. Does anyone know if main jets are Avila.

  2. I wish I could answer that. You probably already know, but check out the p15-d24 site. I am sure someone there will have your answer.

There is always solder and number drills. Is it rich at freeway speeds? Or at idle? Is it really the main jets that need to be addressed?

George Asche in Pa. (814-354-2621) has jets he had made up for dual Carter B&B carbs. He did the setup/rebuild of the carbs on my Plymouth 218 a few years ago and they have run great from day 1.

He is a super nice older guy with a wealth of info about early Mopars. If you are lucky he'll feel like chatting for a while.
