so im getting ready to put my chevy 350 in my 46 ford truck i was wondering if i could use the stock flathead radiator and make a fabricated splitter from the intake water neck to the top of the radiator and then one on the lower radiator to water pump? it doesn't seem like it wouldn't be that much more work. but i didn't know if it would be to hard on a stock water pump. thanks david
Easier yet cap off one upper and one lower. don't need any "spliter" or manifold. That's how we did it way back when.
Why not be different with the water manifold one into two? It won't hurt anything mechanically and you'd get some looks for that!
