Technical Flathead V8 Distributor Adjustment

Does anybody have a good/trusted shop to send flathead V8 distributors to to setup and adjust? Seems like it is a dying art and I am having trouble finding someone to spin them up on Sun machines. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
